Role: Design Director

Salary: £80-£100k dependant on experience (Maternity cover 9-12 month contract)

Location: Hybrid with a minimum 3 days a week in the office in Shoreditch, London.

The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Design Director who shares our values of innovation and excellence to help lead our team into the next chapter of the company's growth. Reporting to the Founder you’ll be a pivotal member of the senior management team; mentoring, nurturing & inspiring our 15 talented designers. We’re looking for a hands-on individual - who not only supports design/product development but is interested in optimising studio processes & wider business matters. You’ll help the team produce the highest quality products & solutions.
