Shoreditch Design seeks a talented Senior Motion Designer to elevate their team in the wonderful London HQ.

Role and responsibilities

As a Senior Motion Graphics Designer with us, you'll be at the forefront of crafting visually polished animations and videos for various clients. Your creativity will be instrumental in translating concepts into engaging motion graphics, pushing the boundaries of design and storytelling. You'll collaborate closely with our wider design team and directly with clients to ensure that your work aligns with the client's vision while maintaining a high standard of innovation and quality.

The specifics:

****Confidence managing complex fixed-term jobs, including client and project management, to ensure timely delivery to our silver service standard.

• Engage with clients and help them understand the motion process and our approach to problem-solving.
• Management of roadmaps and production: arranging video shoots, sound, and voiceover when needed.
• Start-to-finish delivery and time management: Concept, Script, Storyboard, Collaboration, Animatic, to Finished Video.
• Interest and collaboration across our design specialisms (Branding, Product and Website) to craft narratives through motion and help turn ideas into testable prototypes.
