Role: Design Ops Manager

The role: Design Ops Manager

This is a senior, hands-on role sitting at the centre of design, delivery and operations.

You’ll help run the studio day to day while also playing an active role in design quality, project delivery and team performance. You’ll work closely with the founder and senior designers to ensure projects are well run, clients are happy, and the team is supported to do their best work.

This role suits someone who understands great design, enjoys improving how teams work, and is confident managing both people and process.
