Role: Business & Operations Manager

Location: Hybrid with a minimum 3 days a week in the office in Shoreditch, London.

Salary: £28k–£37k base

Bonus: Up to £10k–£15k performance based

OTE: £38k–£52k

The role

We’re looking for a Business & Operations Manager to help us run the agency better as we grow. This is a hands-on role for someone organised, curious and commercially minded, who enjoys being close to both delivery and growth.

You’ll sit at the centre of the agency, supporting smooth operations while also helping inbound opportunities turn into well-scoped, profitable projects.
